The objective of Corporate Learning Course (CLC) is to develop a knowledgeable corporate citizen who can contribute effectively to CAP missions in a team environment. This is one of the requirements for Level III of the CAP Senior Member Professional Development Program. The CLC discusses the relationship the CAP squadron has with the next major echelon of command -- the wing. Specifically, CLC discusses how wing-level operations help to accomplish CAP's three missions of aerospace education, emergency services, and cadet programs. It describes the working relationships wing staff officers have with each other, and their squadron level counterparts.
FLWG Group 6 will host a Corporate Learning Course (CLC) one-day CAPstone classroom session. In order to qualify for this course attendees must have completed the online portion of the course on the Florida Wing eLearning website. This portion of the course will begin at 0800 EST and should be completed by 1700. The NCCI is allowing Florida Wing to use their facilities to conduct the CLC and assist our personnel in furthering their knowledge and leadership/management abilities.
